Members, calendar, teams and reports in one place – with a direct link to the German Chess Federation. All data stays on your computer, no account, no cloud.

Four areas, one program
Members
Member card with contact details, membership, offices and history. Parents and children linked, consents recorded.
Calendar
Club evenings, training, tournaments and team matches – as list, week or month, with series and attachments.
Teams
Rosters with regulars and reserves, fixtures and division – per season, following your district’s rules.
Reports
Membership trend, age structure and the annual return to the state sports federation – as PDF or CSV.
Members – everything on one card

Every person has a card with contact details, membership, offices and chess data. Every change is logged. New values from the federation are highlighted until you have seen them. Import members from a CSV file – with preview and undo for 30 days.

Calendar and matches
Club evenings, training, juniors, meetings, tournaments and team matches – as a list by day, as a week with a time axis or as a month. Series with “this date is cancelled”, attachments such as the invitation, replies later from Companion.

Teams and seasons
Each team has a roster with regulars and reserves, a captain, the opponents of the division and the fixtures – every match day is an event. Office knows your district’s rules, warns about violations and never blocks. A new season takes over teams and rosters on request.
