Nutzungsbedingungen

für die App „ChessClub Match" · Stand: 28. September 2026

Für die im Mac App Store erhältliche Fassung von ChessClub Match gilt die Standard-Lizenzvereinbarung von Apple für lizenzierte Apps: Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Die folgenden Punkte erläutern ergänzend, was für ChessClub Match gilt.

1. Anbieter

Markus Schernat
Marie-Kupfer-Weg 17
29640 Schneverdingen
Deutschland
E-Mail: info@chessclub-studio.com

2. Free und Vollversion

ChessClub Match kannst Du kostenlos nutzen („Free").

Terms of Use

for the app "ChessClub Match" · Last updated: 28 September 2026

The version of ChessClub Match available in the Mac App Store is governed by Apple's standard licence agreement for licensed applications: Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The following points additionally explain what applies to ChessClub Match.

1. Provider

Markus Schernat
Marie-Kupfer-Weg 17
29640 Schneverdingen
Germany
E-mail: info@chessclub-studio.com

2. Free and full version

You can use ChessClub Match free of charge ("Free"). In this tier the limits stated on the app's "Full version" page apply, for example on the number of tournaments and participants and on the tournament types.

The full version unlocks all features. It is a subscription with a monthly or yearly term. The price is shown in the App Store and in the app.

3. Subscription

You take out the subscription through your Apple account; Apple handles the charge. It renews automatically for the respective term unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage and cancel it at any time in the subscription settings of your Apple account. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term; until then the full version remains available. If the full version lapses, all your data remains intact and usable; only what newly exceeds the Free limits is locked.

4. Your data

All data you enter in ChessClub Match stays on your device and belongs to you. The app creates backups automatically; you are responsible for your own additional backups. Details are in the privacy policy.

5. Third-party data

The feature that imports club and player data from the rating portal of the German Chess Federation uses a service of the Deutscher Schachbund e. V. Whether and for how long this service is available is beyond our control. You or your club are responsible for the use of the imported data.

6. Warranty and liability

The provisions of the Apple licence agreement referred to above and statutory warranty law apply. We strive to keep the app free of errors but – as with any software – cannot guarantee this in every case. Please verify important results yourself, for example before reporting them to a federation.
